"Denial, Anger, Fear, Acceptance...Anarchy"
This entire film was done as an improv, a first for me and something I would do again in a heartbeat. After 2 weeks of rehearsals filled with improv games and "get-to-know-you" exercises, I and 15 other actors stepped into a subway car. The scenario? Being trapped underground for over 36 hours. With no prior knowledge of the other actors' characters (having been kept secret through rehearsals), the scene became real in many ways. With no script, it was all about instinct. And running on instinct, you start to see the things you would be willing to do if your life were measured in hours... a frightening mirror to look into.
But worth it.
